You and a guest are warmly invited to join fellow female graduates of the University of Sydney for a social lunch hosted at the Women’s Club on Tuesday 22 June 2021.
Over lunch, guests will hear from Professor Julie Leask, a researcher at the cutting edge of a zeitgeist issue - vaccination acceptance. She was named overall winner of the Australian Financial Review 100 Women of Influence in 2019. Today Julie is playing an important role in the greatest public health crisis of our generation as an adviser to the World Health Organisation on improving vaccination uptake. Her depth of knowledge and understanding around the COVID pandemic will make this a fascinating session. Click here for a recent article about Julie’s work.
Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions at the conclusion of the presentation.
Martin Teplitzky, an Australian chef and the former proprietor of Berowra Waters Inn and Bon Cafard, both Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide hatted restaurants will prepare a menu featuring fine Australian produce.
