Mary has been a member of the Club since 2023 and was first elected to the TWC Board in November 2025 as a Director.

Mary is a leader in the education space, currently holding the position of Principal of a large secondary girls' school in Western Sydney. Prior to this, she has held leadership positions in a range of other schools, predominantly girls' schools. In this capacity, Mary has experience in running large not-for-profit organisations, and a strong sense of how community is built and maintained alongside achieving intended outcomes. Mary's experience also speaks to her commitment to nourishing and developing women for a contemporary future.

With a love of literature and culture, Mary enjoys opportunities such as the Salon Series, Literary Cocktail Series and Women in Music program at The Women's Club, and she delights in the discussion these events inspire.

Mary looks forward to contributing to the future of The Women's Club in her role as Board Director.
