The mission of The Women's Club is to promote culture and fellowship amongst women from all walks of life.
We strive to celebrate women through the different stages of their lives by providing a supportive space for their social, intellectual, professional, and creative well-being. We enrich women's lives by providing an environment where like-minded women can explore many topics in the arts, the sciences, leadership, and public affairs. The Women's Club takes pride in promoting women's contributions to these fields. We provide events and services with compassion and determination for the benefit of all our members and their guests.
Membership levels available:
- Ordinary Member* Sydney Metropolitan
- Ordinary Member* Country (available to those who permanently reside outside of 100km from Sydney GPO)
- Junior Member (18-35 years inclusive)
*Ordinary Members enjoy all privileges of the Club, including the right to vote and hold office.
Application process
Applicant submits payment of one-off entrance fee and completed nomination form.
Once received, the nomination form is posted to the membership noticeboard for review and a 30-day period.
At the end of the 30-day period, the board reviews the nomination for approval and election.
The applicant will be informed and if approved, invoiced for membership fees after board consideration.
Applicant is onboarded upon payment of membership fees.
Membership fees
On election, successful applicants are invoiced for annual membership dues, and key(s) deposit. Additional fees apply if purchasing subscriptions or additional amenities.
