Michaela Lobb is a nationally recognised marketing and strategic communications leader with over 15 years’ experience working across global markets including APAC, Japan, New York, and London. She has led award-winning campaigns and delivered integrated brand, digital, and media strategies internationally, spanning sectors such as finance, property, education, government, FMCG, and the not-for-profit sector.
She currently holds the role of Director of Marketing at the University of New England, one of Australia’s leading regional universities and a pioneer in online education. In this role, Michaela leads brand strategy, market engagement, and student acquisition across regional, online, and international cohorts, helping to expand access to education and strengthen the university’s connection with diverse communities. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Fashion Design) and a Bachelor of Business (Advertising) from Queensland University of Technology, and is currently completing her Juris Doctor at the University of New South Wales, with an interest in the intersection of law, innovation, and women’s leadership.
Michaela is also a Board Director of The 100% Project, a national not-for-profit organisation committed to gender equity in leadership. The organisation conducts evidence based research to challenge systemic biases and shift organisational practice to encourage equity in leadership across Australia.
With a strong foundation in board and committee service, she is passionate about advancing The Women’s Club’s mission and ensuring its continued growth as a vibrant, future-focused community for women.
