Viktoriya has been a member of The Women’s Club since 2021, first drawn to its literary and cultural life through the Rose Scott Women Writers Festival. She is a familiar presence at Club events including Women in Music, Women in Wine, the Salon Series, and Club Lunches.
Elected to the Board in 2023 and to the role of Vice President in 2024, Viktoriya has served on the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee and currently sits on the Governance, Remuneration, and Nominations Committee. She is a strong advocate for principled, future-focused governance that is anchored in collegiality, sound judgment, and a deep respect for the Club’s enduring legacy. Her leadership is guided by strategic thinking and a clear vision for the Club’s future.
Professionally, Viktoriya is a Senior Director in Technology and Networks, with 28 years’ experience in the telecommunications sector. In April 2025, she was appointed Deputy Chair of her organisation’s First Nations employee network, Yarn, which promotes cultural understanding and reconciliation, amplifies First Nations voices in the workplace, and supports respectful collaboration through national events and strategic inclusion initiatives.
She holds a Bachelor of Economics (Social Science) from the University of Sydney, with majors in Economics, Politics, and Industrial Relations.
Beyond the boardroom, Viktoriya is a writer and literary collaborator. Her debut novel, co-authored with a long-time creative partner, will be published by HarperCollins in 2025.
She is committed to advancing the position of women through culture, literature, and public discourse, and to stewarding the Club as a sanctuary of quiet influence, community, and intellectual fellowship.
