Karen-Anne has been a member of the Club since 2022 and was first elected to the TWC Board in November 2025 as Vice-President.

Karen-Anne is an experienced executive leader with 30 years in risk, regulatory governance, tax, and audit across ASX-listed financial services organisations and Big 4 professional services firms. She has held senior leadership roles spanning risk management, regulatory governance, and professional services.

In her experience supporting and attending boards in a senior executive capacity, she is known for enhancing governance and risk practices by embedding clear frameworks, improving accountability, simplifying complex issues for decision-makers, and guiding transformation and organisational culture uplift.

Throughout her executive career, Karen-Anne has led Mercer and Marsh Mclennan’s Accountability Office, driving risk-culture uplift through strengthened clarity of accountability and consequence management for senior executives. She previously served as a Partner at Deloitte for several years and was National Head of Risk for Deloitte’s Tax and Legal practice, where she was also a member of both the local and global executive leadership teams. Earlier, she was part of the NAB Wealth leadership team in her role as General Manager, Superannuation and Investments.

Karen-Anne holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Merit) in Accountancy, an Advanced Diploma in Legal Studies, a Diploma and Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. She is also a Chartered Accountant and an advocate for women’s leadership and professional development.
