Viktoriya Butler has been a member of The Women’s Club since 2021, first drawn to its literary and cultural life through the Rose Scott Women Writers Festival. Elected to the Board in 2023 and to the role of Vice President in 2024, she values the Club’s traditions and is committed to ensuring its future as a leading organisation for women to connect, contribute, and flourish across generations.
She has served on the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee and currently sits on the Governance, Remuneration, and Nominations Committee.
Professionally, Viktoriya is a Senior Director in telecommunications with 28 years’ experience across Australia and Singapore. She is also Deputy Chair of her organisation’s First Nations employee network, which promotes cultural understanding and inclusive leadership.
Viktoriya holds a Bachelor of Economics (Social Science) from the University of Sydney, with majors in Economics, Politics, and Industrial Relations. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and a writer and literary collaborator, with a debut novel forthcoming from Harper Collins.
She is committed to stewarding the Club as a sanctuary of quiet influence, intellectual fellowship, and enduring connection.
