Phoebe Saintilan-Stocks is the founder of Missing Perspectives, a media startup platforming female storytelling worldwide. Established in June 2021, Missing Perspectives currently reaches more than 3 million people a month, and launched an app that connects newsrooms with young female journalists. Prior to founding Missing Perspectives, Phoebe was a policy adviser, working stints at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, the Australian Human Rights Commission, the United Nations Secretariat and in the private sector. Her work sits at the intersection of media, power and gender.
Fiona Scott is Chief of Staff to former Wallabies Captain turned Independent Senator, David Pocock. Supported by an army of volunteers and a tight knit team, she ran David’s successful 2022 campaign which broke the major party hold on ACT Senate seats for the first time in the Territory’s history and managed his 2025 campaign during which he effectively doubled his vote.
Over the course of almost two decades serving in and around parliament, Fiona has worked for two former Labor Cabinet Ministers, a Prime Minister and has consulted to a wide range of private sector organisations and federal government departments and agencies. In her pro-bono work, Fiona helped organise the March 4 Justice and the repatriation of children stranded overseas during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Fiona believes in the kind of politics that puts people – and good policy outcomes - first and is passionate about every person’s potential to advocate effectively for the causes they care most about.
