Since 2023, pianists Jacquelyn Koh and Agnes Kristianto have been performing together as a piano duet, exploring the expressive possibilities of four-hand repertoire. Both graduates of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, they bring complementary artistry and a shared passion for chamber music to their performances.
Their 2025 concert program, Echoes of Elegance: Women’s Voices in Piano Duet, is dedicated exclusively to female composers. This lyrical and vibrant repertoire highlights the creativity and diversity of women’s voices in classical music, featuring:
Six Pièces Romantiques, Op. 55 – Cécile Chaminade
Six Valses-Caprices, Op. 87 – Mel Bonis
Three Pieces for Piano – Fanny Mendelssohn
Waltzer – Fanny Mendelssohn
Jacquelyn Koh holds a Master of Music (Performance) and a Licentiate diploma with Distinction from Trinity College London. She is active as a soloist, collaborative pianist, Kodály educator, and researcher, with experience across Malaysia, Australia, and Indonesia. Her chamber work is informed by coaching with leading pedagogues and her presentation at SEAMEX 2019 on performance enhancement.
