About Daniela Penno:
Daniela Penno a food and beverage Argentinean professional, passionate about connecting people with exceptional products and producers. Her career began in Buenos Aires, where she worked with some of the country’s most respected breweries and wineries, building the foundation for a lifelong commitment to sharing Latin American drinks culture with the world.
Since moving to Sydney, she has collaborated with leading drinks companies through top PR and marketing agencies, while also representing outstanding producers from Australia, New Zealand and beyond. Alongside her industry roles, she founded Artisan Malbec, a project dedicated to importing and showcasing boutique Argentine wineries, creating direct connections between winemakers and consumers through a focus on identity, family and regional pride.
More recently, she has turned her attention to innovation, exploring how automation and AI can support the food and beverage industry. Her work in this space helps businesses streamline operations, improve efficiency, and deliver stronger results, preparing them to thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.
