For 125 years, The Women’s Club has united women of intellect, leadership and purpose - women who contribute meaningfully to conversation, culture and community.
To honour this significant milestone, we are pleased to open a special March intake as part of our 100 Members for 125 Years initiative, welcoming the next generation of women to shape the Club’s future.
From 1–31 March, the entrance contribution has been set at $500 (normally $2,000) as part of this milestone intake.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services and access provided by The Women's Club ("TWC") during the join process, with the knowledge that when a candidate is approved and elected, financial membership brings additional Terms (see 11b below). Candidates agree to be bound by these Terms.

March 2026 Special Offer: The reduced entrance fee of $500 for full members and $165 for junior members applies to applications received between 1 March and 31 March 2026. To qualify for the reduced entrance fee, the first year's annual membership subscription must be paid in full at the same time. All applications remain subject to the Club's standard approval and election to membership process. The Board retains full discretion and final authority in respect of membership, campaigns, fees and the consideration and approval of applications. From the second year onward, membership will be subject to the standard annual subscription rates as determined by the Board.

Duration: Upon application, you can use the Club immediately with limited benefits until Board approval and full payment for membership. Membership runs on a 12-month subscription period commencing upon the date you are elected to membership and is an annual commitment.

Eligibility: Candidates must be women 18+.

Application: Application to TWC does not infer acceptance or election to membership. All applications are reviewed and approved by the TWC Board. TWC has the right to refuse any application for membership for any reason without giving explanation.

Fees: The reduced entrance fee of $500 for full members and $165 for junior members applies to applications received between 1 March and 31 March 2026. Obligation Upon Applying: Candidates must be sponsored by three members before application can be submitted to the TWC Board for review and approval.

Candidate Information: TWC may request accompanying documents or information to complement the online membership form.

Approval and Election: A successful candidate will be notified of their acceptance as a Member of the Club, and shall, upon notification, be entitled to all the benefits and privileges of such membership.

Refunds: Where an applicant for membership has paid the entrance fee and first year annual subscription, subsequently been approved and offered membership; and chosen to decline the membership offer, the entrance fee will be refunded, less an administrative fee equivalent to 25% of the entrance fee paid. The prepaid membership subscription fee will be refunded in full. Please see The Women's Club Refund Policy.

Limited Access: Candidates have limited access to Club rooms and benefits while their application is reviewed and approved. Candidates are allowed use of Club rooms during office reception hours. Candidates may be permitted to use Club rooms after business hours, subject to TWC's discretion. Private function bookings must align with the current TWC policy, of which a current financial member must sponsor and attend the scheduled event.

Code of Conduct: (a) Candidates must adhere to the TWC Code of Conduct throughout the duration of the join process and membership. (b) If elected, agree to be bound by the Constitution, By-laws, and Code of Conduct of The Women's Club.

Price Adjustments: All prices and fees listed are subject to price increases and/or adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
